Lillian Marshall (founder) as an aged widow had already been in the insurance business in Moncton for over 25 years and was the office manager in a large Moncton brokerage when she decided to open her own agency.  It was around 1982 and in that era opening an agency was simple, requiring at most just five ingredients: the mandatory insurance company sponsorship, the mandatory New Brunswick insurance broker’s license, an office address, a telephone, and of course customers.

Individualized insurance service and advice is still the “rock” upon which we stand.  Every single customer has encouraged access to our expertise in the matters of insurance.  We still take the time to individualize our customers, listen to their requirements and find the best price/coverage combination that is available and we continue this process throughout our relationship.
